How do you create a new page?

I know it's a dumb question, but I can't find the option to create a new page. I actually have created a couple of pages before but that was days after the site was launched and now i can't remember how to do it.

Go to "Browse" seen above on the red bar, and select the category of a page you want to make. From there, there is a red button on the upper right that you click to make a new page. You'll see it from there.

You need to have 5,000 points in order to make a new page without it being approved by a mod, otherwise you'll have to wait until it goes through the submission queue.
