Possible to view edits?

Is it possible to view one's specific contributions to a page? I was looking at a page and couldn't remember which part I wrote. How can I find this info?

As far as I know no. This is something I have thought about before and would like to see.

A page history was available for a time, but it was removed. There were performance issues as well as issues that could prevent sometimes prevent it from working at all.

This feature shall make a triumphant return.  At some point.
