Rename Duke Nukem 3D (Atomic Edition)

"Duke Nukem 3D (Atomic Edition)" should be renamed to "Duke Nukem 3D: Atomic Edition" to reflect the system used in naming other games. Also looks prettier.

Hmm....changed it, but I'm wondering whether this game should simply be a release under Duke Nukem 3D, it only really adds a couple levels and bosses.

I suggest we deal with that later... That's a much bigger issue with no current guidelines... Let's focus on the obvious weirdness first.

Duke Nukem 3D was the original game.

Plutonium Pak was the expansion pak, which upgraded the game to the "Atomic Edition" and expanded the game by 30-40% with a new episode, monsters and a new weapon.
