Welcome to Giant Bomb! It used to happen within a couple of days or a week or two and was always a little quirky on the user end. A new redesign is about to be pushed out in the next few months and the service has been suspended until a little after the launch. My uneducated guess, is that it could be as late as February before we hear more about when it will come back, but the Top Men are always surprising and exceeding expectations around here.
