Alexis mentioned on one of the live shows that he uses this site to check for deals and it is pretty damn good so if you're looking for good deals or crazy sales, keep your eyes on that.

Probably July 11. Last years sale started on July 12 and the sale always starts on Thursdays. If you look at upcoming releases you can also see that there are no games released between the 11th and 23rd.

Well, if they are keeping their 'week away' pattern, then it'll be July 18th, but with the summer drought of games happening, I'd expect it this week.
