Best Cross-over Duo

Who do you think would be the best cross-over duo? You can choose any 2 videogame characters and must explain why you think that they would be the best duo.

Example: I think Solid Snake and the Doom guy would be the best duo because Doom guy knows how to bring down a room full of guys and Solid Snake is very stealthy. Also I'm pretty sure Snake could take down a Cyber Demon no prob.

Cable and Deadpool! Spider-man and Wolverine!.... oh wait, video games!

I would say Kratos and ....Spider-man? really you just need a super serious straight man and someone that has good quips.

To me thats what any good duo needs.

Otacon and Ezio would be pretty great. Imagine all the Metal Gear type conversations, except with Ezio on the line instead of Snake.

Duke Nukem/Bayonetta would be interesting. Like a really weird, bloody, obscene sitcom.

Gears of War and My Little Pony.

I just think the juxtaposition there would be stupidly hilarious.
