I've been away from a good internet connection for most of the year so far(the joys of living in Ireland), what's the best(re: funniest) video content so far?
Best video content of 2015 so far
@dudeglove: Is that Dan's father!?
@nolastname: Yes, he visited during the weekend of the super bowl and was on for that UPF and a premium quick look thingy.
Ravens cry quick look
Make sure you check out the Raven's Cry quick look. It's tremendous.
@corevi: As much as I want to point out something not mentioned, Raven's Cry QL is clearly the winner.
The last 10-15min of this Demo Derby.
This..is actually maybe better I was literally crying those last 10mins.

Yeah, I was rolling on the floor laughing. For real. What was happening on screen and their slow descent into insanity.
These are pretty great, I'm a bit disappointed there not more quality video content this year.
I can't wait for the next round of Metal Gear Scanlon, MGS 3 is probably my favourite of the series.
I think the best video content is the Dying Light Co-op Quick Look where Vinny drops down from above to beat Bento/Urkel to death, then kept kicking him mercilessly while saying "DID I DO THAT?" @dudeglove knows what I'm talking about.
I think the Raven's Cry Quick Look was funny because that main character's voice is hilariously bad, but I dunno, I kinda found that video dragged a little long.
No love for Mario Party Party 3 or Dungeons & Dragons? Those are the only things they've put out this year that I've watched more than once. I also really enjoyed the Evolve quick look with Mary Kish. She's always a pleasure, and there's something magical about having all the guys together, even if it's just over crappy quality voice chat.
Like most people, I can't wait for Metal Gear Scanlon 3. I'm secretly hoping that Dan plays through an entire game at some point this year, just because we've not really seen that yet and he's pretty good at video games. Would be a nice change of pace. It would be so awesome to see him speed through Majora's Mask just so I could see that game again, but I'm sure that will never happen.
@davidh219: Mario Party Party 3 was pretty damn great, between that and Metal Gear Scanlon(which is an Endurance Run in all but name) I really love what he's brought to Giant Bomb.
@nolastname: I think you're selling Ireland a bit short there, you must be in the back of beyond, which is a feature of certain parts of most countries to this day.
Seeing Jeff shooting the gun in the background so casually just reminded me of back when they were in the basement office.
Demo derby has been fantastic all year and the Quick Looks continue to be great.
@notnert427: I wish he'd been on an episode of the bombcast.
@evilsbane: muuuuuuuuuurder

Eh... maybe a controversial opinion but I feel the quality of content itself has fallen in the past year or so - at least the free stuff. Quick looks are just alright, and not insanely hilarious as they once used to consistently be. The last really funny ones I remember are the Velvet Sundown, Ride to hell retribution, and the one where you had to give voice commands to a robot (but they kept failing and the world kept blowing up in the end or something)
Edit: Although there are still QLs that are pleasant or.. relaxing to watch. Like the horror ones with Drew and Dan (Pineview drive was great), and anything with Vinny. Just not funny.
Also, I feel it'd be nice if the users had a voting system on videos where they could rate how good/ funny the QL is.
@notnert427: I wish he'd been on an episode of the bombcast.
I wish Paul Ryckert was on everything.
@notnert427: Hearing him talk about Ireland on the Thanksgiving podcast was a treat.
Giant Bomb East seems to be cranking their content machine into gear now and there have been a bunch of fantastic QLs outta there. Alex and Vinny are a phenomenal pairing, they're very different in some ways that mean they work well as a pairing, but also share a joy of the sillier stuff. On the premium side there have been some great content, I have watched the D&D video twice already and will probably do so again before episode two goes down. Demo Derby is wonderful, having Jeff on has brought the contextual knowledge that show needed to really tie everything together and the Drew/Dan team remains excellent. Paul Ryckert stuff was also great, as was Brad and Dan's Battle Tetris lesson. Really I've enjoyed pretty much all the content, so you could jump in anywhere, but there's a few suggestions at least.
If in doubt the initial suggestion of ' Best of Giant Bomb' is always a good way to glimpse what you might want to check out in full. Just watch that Mystery SNES Cart Mailbag, whatever you do.
@y2ken: I'm also really loving the Alex and Vinny pairing, Vinny is such a big personality and Alex has such an understated personality they work off each other very well. I hope they do a Bombcast East...also maybe an Endurance Run.
Not the funniest but I thoroughly enjoyed the Darkest Dungeon Unfinished and promptly added it to my wishlist after watching.
Jeff trying to run through Metal Gear on UPF
When was that? It sounds amazing.
@nolastname: I believe it was last Friday.
