the funniest thing after reading this... whilst watching my stepfather play Wow for about half an hour the other week I commented to him "why do they make you have to go everywhere at such a slow pace... It's just to hold you back from finishing everything so quickly... this game is stupid" maybe I should force him to start a lawsuit also....
also... who the hell would take a case like this on.... probably a relative with a law degree or something..

Lawyers would take on any case as long as they are paid by the hour.
