That's true, but I would easily pay a couple of dollars for a Steam-based chess game just to get their online support (being able to play with my Steam friends) and a sleek interface. Hell, it could even use the Source engine ;-)

Im for that.
They introduced one to xbox live a little while ago. I imagine its doing ok.
If they could ramp the graphics up a bit while keeping it slick and simple, that would be pretty cool. Im sort of over the game of chess.
