I endured for sure, but I definitely did not enjoy as much as I did during the Persona one. Just watching the highlight reel from MonoPingo on youtube reminds me of the higher volume of lol moments from the first ER.
isn't b and c somewhat the same? I didn't do love it cause I really do not think the game was very fun to play. And alll that it did for brad, if one were to reflect instead of condemn, is that he is an average player who is a high guality reviewer. At least in piss poor gameplay games, and they do exist. Jeff had an attitude that was almost annoying, but he was probably pretty right about it all. Also. hes probably had to play/review plenty of bad games. , and he is proficient at getting through them, even as the shotgunner like here. What I got out of it was Swery's concepts, which were crazy interesting and good. Nice to be taken on a ride like that, someone else does the driving with it all the excellent stuff cemented in a pain in the ass game.
It is/was all good fun, but the combat segments are about as entertaining to watch as the Persona 4 grinding. It's too bad they didn't spend more time on crazy side missions.
I watched most of it, though took a 5-8 episode hiatus and came back. Usually I just company skip the dungeons (fast forward) and the side quests. I just wanted to know what York was shooting and the story was around Zack.
I loved it because I didn't compare it to Persona 4 all the fuckin time which everyone else seemed to; they are 2 totally different games if you couldn't tell
The DP ER started off real slow and therefore it was a bit boring. Not the Crew to blame for, that was simply the pace of the game itself and a way of gradually building up tension, i presume. I admit, i skipped a few episodes, but the last 10/15 or so, i watched perfervid. Obviously, it didn't had the magic of the P4 ER and it wouldn't be fair towards the guys to expect such a thing. Overall, yeah, i loved it.
