Dreamcast Innovation Arcade Stick?

Has anyone USED this stick? And by USED i mean actually used it. Not the whole elitist opinion, "if it's that cheap it sucks, you should pay $100 for a better one like me." I just got a dreamcast because I realized I missed out on a lot and i find the standard controller to be not very good for fighting games (which the DC has in spades.)
 
 So basically if you have used it, is it a decent alternative to the standard controller? Even just a little better? I'll pay 20 bucks for an OK arcade stick for a dead system but not $70-80, I would rather just settle for mediocrity with the standard pad or get an SFIV stick for my 360.

The button layout looks like a pain to play a fighting game on.

Yeah I noticed the angle is weird, but its something I can forgive if it works ok. I'm considering just ordering one to give it a shot.

Yeah, I mean, doing a google search brings up results where you can find it for $13 plus shipping. For that much its worth a try. Sure it definitely isn't expert quality, but if it works I'm sure I could find a use for it even if it isn't precise enough for SFA3 or MvC2. Maybe I'll order it tomorrow...
