For the sake of my own amusement i've decided to archive the popular flight sim series with Drew, Vinny, & sometimes Dave. I tend to go back and watch these often so i wanted to compile them all in one easy to reach place.

Oh, this is great - now we just them playing more sims in the future - not just flight sims, I want to see them try to play all kinds of stupid (and awesome) sims. Space sims, submarine, helicopters you name it, and I want to see Drew, Vinny and Dave play it.

@Village_Guy: They gotta play DCS: Black Shark some time, they just gotta!

Now that Vinny has gone in deep with his HOTAS setup and Drew's Track IR, GB has no excuses. I expect to see plenty of sim action from those guys now.

Who knows....Vinny might actually buy a wheel :P

Not technically a flight sim but it dose have a flying Zombie Sky Train (33:00) with Vinny Drew and Ryan, I laugh so hard every time I see it. The whole QL is worth a watch but Sky Train dose it for me.

@TakenByTrees: well, it is a sim...and they are...flying......hmmm. I'm gonna allow it as this archive is way funnier with it. Long live Sky Train

Yay for Sky Ttrain. I must admit the getting Vinny Drew and Dave together to do anything, flight sim, mech sim, space flight sim, TNT is just a good idea. They always seem to have fun. Good list and I hope it expands.

@TakenByTrees: yeah the DVD trio is a favorite of mine as well. My real dream and hope is to have something of an endurance run with those guys playing a Co-Op campaign in a squad. The way i see it if they die or are captured behind enemy lines in the game they are out of the running and to be replaced by another member of the whiskey media staff until they finish the campaign or they thin out of staff members, whichever comes first.

I call it the Survival Run.

They really need to play that Moon Base game if they haven't already. I feel like I've watched them play that but I'm not sure..

Great stuff. Looking forward to more of these sim QLs since they're really entertaining.

And Sky Train is goddamn epic.

Bookmarked this page to rewatch the original JTV Cliffs of Dover "quick look", and noticed it's not on this page now. Could've sworn it was, and I don't really remember what else happened in that video to find it on JTV. Anyone have the link still?

The A-10 QL is one of my favorites. I really hope they do more crazy complex flight sims... put the flight sticks and track IRs to good use!

@zombiepenguin9: I really want them to do DCS: Black shark. It's about time Drew learn to fly some helicopters as well. Still, i think Rise Of Flight is my favorite video but i do really enjoy watching them try to cold start the complex aircraft.

I've already tweeted the guys my guide to get the X-Wing series games working on Windows 7. Would be fun to see them go through a mission of XvT or XWA in co-op or something

@bcrt2000: That's fantastic, i hope they take up on it. would probably be a Random PC game feature but either way i'd like for them to check it out. Vinny seems to talk about it alot when talking about space combat sims.

That recent stuff was hilarious

This was more my reason to upgrade to a premium account. I appreciated all the other videos on the site, but It was the seeing these guys play flight simulators that really made me appreciate them doing so. In fact, I bought the T-Shirt and wear it often just to tell those i'm around about these guys and their crazy fascination for these games. Nothing but respect for the flight club from me!

Updated: Thanks to Giantbomb Unarchived on YouTube, i'm able to get a more reliable version of the First Flight Club video; i couldn't get the time stamp to work, though.

Also GB's official YouTube have unlocked the DCS P-51D video so i've embedded that version here. If you've missed this video the first time around, it features the legendary, "Drew flies into a cloud" segment @40:00. Always thought it was strange, at the time, to have videos that would benefit consumer interests locked behind the premium paywall, especially a niche genre like flight sims that could benefit from more publication.

Lastly, i added the link to the Extra Life 2014 archive that features Drew playing DCS A-10C.
