In this modern day and age, frame-rate dipping meant that the game or the hardware is at fault. Back in the golden age of Gamecube, PS2, and the OG Xbox, I always thought that frame-rate drops in explosions were INSANE! It was sort of an unintentional (or maybe intentional) slow-mo of something crazy happening on screen. What do you guys think?
