Gametrailers top 100 trailers of all time

Gametrailers just put up a promo for their 100 trailers of all time featurette.
 

Metal Gear Solid 2 is THE trailer.

Anyone know the name of the song in the promo?

@Lights_Up_The_Shaft: I don't know if you meant MGS2 is a trailer in & of itself or you meant the game's trailers were undeniably the best, but in my opinion it did have some of the most awesome trailers out there.

As for me Deus Ex: Human Revolution's trailer is the best one I cant think of in recent memory, shame most of the CG didnt even make it into the game.

Just watching it again makes me want to get back to playing it, such an awesome game ;)

That Mass Effect 2 Launch Trailer is goosebumps every time i've seen it

You could even pair up f***ing Sesamestreet with that Heart of Courage - Song by Two Steps from Hell, and would still blow your mind

Is there a dumber idea?

I know it's incredibly recent and that may be clouding my judgement slightly, but Assassin's Creed: Revelation's trailer from E3 this year blew my socks off. Fantastic editing, fantastic music, and like all good trailers, it told a story to the viewer. It's also helped by the fact that it looks amazing too.
   

for me the E3 2008 fallout 3 trailer it showed us what we should be expecting. and for me got me excited about running around all these locations now 3 years later i re-played this and played for 100 + hours, i have done this with no other game and i think this trailer started it off for me

The Assassin's Creed trailers are always good, especially the one for Brotherhood. Seeing all the assassin's come down on their targets is eziome.

On a side note, it's amazing how much of the game is shown in the ME 2 launch trailer. They show all the way to the end of the suicide mission

This is by far one of my favorite recent ones. The music and the way it ramps up with the action... I don't use this word lightly, but it is pretty damn epic.

@BestUsernameEver: inever heard of fallout before this and the thought of running around the "wasteland" sounded boring but this made me pre-order

       I don't really know if the Battlefield 1942 intro was ever used as promotional material, it's not hosted or listed as a trailer on GameTrailers. But when most games these days use their intro as trailers, I'm still saying this is the best videogame cinematic I've ever seen.

I've loved all the trailers for The Secret World even though they don't contain any in-game content.  They just make me excited for the game itself and I sort of wish they made a movie like the trailers.   The first trailer is still my favorite, but the follow-ups are good, too.

The live action Halo commercials were good especialy the one for REACH, and I really like all the Gears of War one but I'll go with....
