Hey duders, so as the title implies, I am getting on a plane later today. Should I wear my favorite Giant Bomb hoodie to the airport or leave it at home or in my bag? This is something I think about every time I travel. It's my most comfortable hoodie!! Help!!

I wouldn’t, but I’ve been temporarily detailed for having a beard (it was long and dark at the time). I don’t mess around at airports.

You’re probably fine, I just think it’s a small risk not worth taking.

I certainly wouldn’t go for a Giant Bomb / giant beard combo...

Wear it, get kicked off the flight, speak to journalists about it, free GB publicity.

I've worn the "Bomb" hoodie on a plane before no issues. Not even a second glance.

Why temp fate? Flying is already arduous enough. I'm sure you have other hoodies/shirts/jackets/togas you can wear.

I've worn a GB shirt on a flight a couple of times and not had an issue, but you're generally better off not tempting fate when it comes to the TSA and air travel.

Yea, I'm not the biggest fan of flying in the first place. It should be avoided if possible. I'm just trying to rep GB in Detroit!! Maybe meet a fellow duder or two out here.

The last four flights in the states I have gone on I have worn:

  • GB logo shirt
  • GB Hockey Jersey
  • GB Flight Club Shirt
  • GB Hoodie

I have had zero issues. That said, I am also a white male so mileage may vary
