Giantbomb Video process

Hi everyone, do any of you remember an article that Drew wrote a year or two ago about the process of capturing and uploading video on the site?
I can't remember the name or place it was posted and I'd like to find it again. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

There was a writeup from the Tricaster people about how Joey on Tested produces their videos. It's a pretty in depth account, we should get some insight from Drew and Jason about how they go about their work, I bet it would be fascinating.
