Im trying to understand the logic behind what the intentions were here..
Hakans oil leaves him completely vulnerable while sagats angry scar freezes gameplay, to allow for the animation.
I get that the perks of what you get from each of the individual power ups is different, but Im wondering why they chose to allow one to be punishable vs not.
Thoughts?
