Help! Trying to find video with "evil king of tennis"

There's a video that I can barely remember where two games were going on simultaneously: in the main studio something was happening that I don't remember at all, but in the back room Jeff was playing a bunch of games from some obscure platform (I thought it was PC Engine but maybe not?) with Patrick. I don't remember much except there was a tennis RPG where they say something about "evil king of tennis" and I also remember one of the townsfolk saying "this is Chicago" and Patrick laughing really hard.

I almost want to say it was a Big Live Live Show Live type thing but maybe not. I can't find it anywhere. I'm descending into madness.

I've been watching a lot of older content lately. The four hour unarchived (it's on YouTube) Famicon video where Ryan tests out all those random games he ordered off eBay is absolutely fantastic.

To be honest I was actually mainly looking for the part at 13:13 where you can't see what Patrick and Jeff are doing but Patrick starts laughing and Jeff yells "FUCKING GOD DAMN IT". One of my favorite moments ever.
