Ideas on my PS2 situation

My baby (PS2) is sitting in my room collecting dust and it need attention like a fifteen year old girl with a new cell phone. I do not have any newer games of it, the newest I got is Call of Duty 3 (the last good COD game). I will most likely have 40 dollars after X-Mas and none of it will have to go to my Xbox 360 because I put Xbox games on my X-Mas list. I haved narrowed down my options for games to five. Which ones should I get?  Remember 40$ 
 
1.Persona 4 
2. Jak and Daxter: The Lost Frontier 
3. Dragon Ball Z: Budaki Tenkichia 3 
4. Silent Hill: Orgins 
5. A wireless controller

Controller is useless if you're not gonna have anything to play. 
 
Persona is awesome, although if you watched the ER it's not quite as good cause you know all the stuff that happens. 
Budokai Tenkaichi 3 is...er..on ps2? i thought it was wii only. It's pretty decent, without the crappy motion controls on the wii, it might actually be good. 
And i've never played much Silent Hill games, i get about half an hour in or so and stop, but what i played of origins wasn't exactly bad, if you like silent hill. 
And i've never played Jak and Daxter, not a fan, so can't comment there.
