So my all time favorite game is gears of war. Is it the only game that has wall bouncing like that, where the enviroment allows that and also the ability to cancel cover? If you have played it you know what i am talking about. But, my question is are there any other games like (gta? red dead redemption? any of the tom clancys splinter cells? ghost recons?) tht allow this or not and if not... why? I feel gears is successful because people love the movement the way you can bounce on walls and also take cover and cancel mid cover. Cancelling mid cover is something I've never seen in any game outside of gears. Have you ever seen it whether this gen or any gen.

I wouldn't call wall bouncing an intentional design choice of the Gears franchise.

So...rarely used?
