Is the Brad/Vinny Demon's Souls feature happening today?

I definitely hope so - but I honestly don't think so.

It's currently the thing I look forward to most on the site : )

@humanity The first one was on a Wednesday though, wasn't it? They might plan on doing it Wednesdays.

Though, maybe they'll get on a Tuesday schedule starting today.

It's not on the upcoming features list but that thing is notorious for not getting updated in a timely fashion.

They're gonna record the podcast today (usually happens on mondays, but they had the day off yesterday), for what that's worth. They haven't mentioned when the feature will take place, but since Breaking Brad has usually been on thursdays (right? or am I making that up), it's anyone's guess.

It was on last Wednesday, so Im assuming thats when it will air this week.

@amyggen: That's a good point. If they're filming the podcast today, this may be less likely.

At the moment, I'm guessing Wednesday or Thursday.

I hope so. That first video was a lot of fun. I think the setup of having Brad go in blind with Vinny trying to pull the strings worked really well. It was at least a nice change of pace from the usual deal where neither knows what is going on at all.

@truthtellah: I think that's a good guess. I'll go for thursday, but I guess it depends on whether or not they get another feature rolling this week to replace LOLS.

A man can dream. But it will probably happen tomorrow.

Who knows. Annoyingly so much of this site is done on a when they feel like it bases it's hard to say when something will be up. in UPF, iirc, Brad said he was really wanted to get back to it so maybe.

@amyggen: I know, and it's always annoyed me about the site. There's very little you can know will be happening each week. Some times several days can go by with nothing on the site at all. Which is one of the reasons I loved it so much when they had an Endurance Run on the go. Even if some times they ended up being short episodes, you knew that every day you came to the site there would be new content to watch. Now it's a crap shoot.

Breaking Brad is usually wednesdays I think, I'd expect it tomorrow. Today they're recording the podcast, so don't expect any life shows. In the meantime you can watch Patrick destroy Dark Souls on his youtube/twitch channels.

He's done, he finished yesterday. There were some cool moments.

Also I dunno why people say that if there's a Bombcast there definitely won't be a show. Vinny used to do his shows on Tuesday just fine. As much as I love the guys, this sort of "they have one thing to do, so nothing else is going to get done today" attitude is just I dunno.. I don't want to start another whole logistics conversation about something I have no idea about, but it's frustrating.

Anyway, probably not happening today but one can only hope. It's not like anything else is happening today, apart from the Bombcast..

@humanity: Yeah I know he did, I was watching, but there are archives to watch! Also, they don't do live shows on days they record the podcast. They almost always record the podcast on Mondays so Tuesdays are typically open, but because they were out of the office this Monday, they're recording today.

Meh, who cares. It'll just be archived for download the next day. Who actually watches it live during the workday anyways?

Well its a pretty slow time for vidia games right now. Maybe they could take a page from patrick and do it more often than once a week

Back when they were doing proper I Love Mondays (before we got only unproduced ILM and then no ILM), they'd announce all the content for the week. Plus a larger amount of content had a set schedule (Endurance Run was Daily, TNT was every single Thursday). Not that I mind much, just saying.
