I am having problems while playing my consoles, xbox 360 as well as ps3. When I was playing my xbox everything on the tv looks so blocky, and unclean, i have vga cords i dont know if that would help? but when I try plugging in the vga it says Not supported mode. And ive plugged it into the only entrance the vga can make, which is the blue socket that says PC. Is anyone able to help me with both problems?

Go to your Xbox 360's settings and make sure it is set up for HD.

As for the PS3, I got no idea.

A few things you might want to try.

  • The HD switch on the 360 is switched on
  • The console settings are set to 720p
  • Tweak the TV settings for the picture
  • Try running it through components before the VGA cable

when i try hooking it up with vga i put the vga input into the PC blue plug. My tv then says it is Not Supported Mode, any help with this? By the way that is the only place I can plug the VGA into.
