So we all want to play Asura's Wrath right? And none of us want to pay $60 right? My idea is not a unique one, and one I wouldn't feel comfortable with on any other game site. 6 people all pitch in $10, I buy the game, beat the game, then send it to the next person on the list. This obviously continues until everyone has beaten it. There are kinks to be worked out but I just wanted to throw the idea out there. Anyone interested?
Looking for 5 other people to buy Asura's Wrath with
BUY THE DAMN GAME AND ALL THE DLC YA FILTHY POVS LEST YOU DOOM US ALL TO A FUTURE OF MADDEN ITERATIONS AND CALL OF DUTY CLONES!
Why don't you just sign up to gamefly (It's like 15 bucks for a month?) and beat Asura's wrath that way? Then maybe you can squeeze in a second game before the month is up. Seems a far easier plan to me.
@Ratsor: Oh gamefly's not that bad.
You still gotta play for shipping and it can get "lost in the mail"
Also your using the stock icon, people tend to not take so kindly to your kind round these parts.
Everyone is piling on this idea, and I understand why. I want to make it clear I know it's a dumb idea. I was just putting the idea out there and apparently everyone hates it. Wouldn't it be awesome if the idea worked though? Wouldn't it be at the very least an interesting story to follow?
But only one asshole is needed to ruin the whole plan.@Daiphyer: The idea is to find people who aren't assholes
This would be a good idea if you had real life friends. The whole putting your trust in strangers over the internet deal rarely ever works.

On the internet? Good luck.
And no, in the case of Asura's Wrath I do not like this idea. Wait it out for the eventual price drop. No matter how shitty Capcom's practices has been recently, the ones you are REALLY hurting is CyberConnect 2 who have managed to drag themselves out of the quagmire of licensed games to show off their amazing creativity with this original IP which is amazing that has managed to eek out it's release and to so much positive reception
Got my copy today after hearing sooo much about it in the bombcast, In my opinion it is completely fucking insane as advertised but the combat mechanics are a bit subpar. This in no way breaks the game as you will never find such an absurd & imaginative game anywhere else. Lastly I love this game because it is very loosely insipired by hindu mythology and being an Indian myself it was the first time I found a game which I could relate to on a different level :)
Non internet friends or family are where you should be looking. If you want it that bad just buy the game or rent it through gamefly redbox whatever. I'm sure if you signed up for Gamefly now you would get it within two weeks unless you live in Nunavut or something.
@Ratsor: Even if you found a few perfectly honest guys to do this with, it's going to end up costing everyone more time and money than it's worth to ship this game all over the place. Probably just easier to buy a copy for yourself.
