After spending a good hour trying to get a 1,000 wiki points on a single edit (and successfully doing it) on NHL 94 I realized that Jeremy Roenick was probably the most dominant athlete in a video game that I have ever witnessed.  He honestly would skate around other teams and score from anywhere on the ice and he wasnt even the highest rated player in the game!.  The only other athletes I can think of to compare would be Mike Tyson in Punch Out (although I must admit I never played the game), Emmitt Smith in Madden 94 also seemed unstoppable and I heard that Michael Vick was ridiculous in one of the more recent Madden releases.  Who else am I missing?

You have never seen dominance until you have seen Bo Jackson in Tecmo Bowl.

Bo Jackson in Tecmo Bowl was unstoppable.  Me and my friends would fight over who got to play as the Raiders back in the day.

Apparently I really have to try out Tecmo Bowl.

I also found this to strengthen (weaken) my argument for Roenick.

Behold.  The power.  The glory.  The ability to make the entire opposing team look like a Jr. High squad:

@Hailinel: that was awesome.  I officially rescind my ballot for Jeremy Roenick, maybe he could be on the mount rushmore but clearly the king is Bo Jackson.

@Hailinel: hahaha nice

did people playing Tecmo Super Bowl against each other have a 'no Bo Jackson' rule, sort of like how me and my mates would have a 'no Oddjob' rule on Goldeneye because it gives an unfair advantage? Clearly if you have Bo Jackson in your squad in that game it is game ovr.
