Sounds like he just had a sheet of text in front of him that he wrote up the night before, and he was just barrelling through it. The people who complain about Brad's monotone delivery now need to watch this video.

The difference between Brad in 2004 reviewing Outbreak and then his review of the sequel a year later is amazing! He lost the beard but has got some great sideburns.
Matt Rorie is a lot more comfortable in front of the camera now that's for certain. You only have to watch his Screened feature videos to see he as got his presentation style down.
I like Matt. Apparantly he went to some kind of speech therapy and schooling and beat a problem that he was dealt with in the cards.
I especially like to do the Brad is leaving thing when GB is running late with a live show. Put some fire to those feet! Thats logical...somehow.
Oh yeah...Brad, I've already seen a video like it (if not the same one, didn't look) He has learned a lot. They all have.. to some degree, but Brad is definetly a trip, anyways.
Yeah his reviews used to suck monkey balls. Fortunately he is actually pretty good these days, in fact the only guy on the site I find more entertaining than Brad is Vinny.
There is an ongoing joke that Brad is leaving Giant Bomb. It is not true.

While we make exceptions for videos relating to the site or videogames, there is little discussion to be had based around simply posting old videos of the staff. These guys have been working in the industry for a long-ass-time. If we started flipping tables every time we found an old clip of them doing something awesome... well.... we would quickly run out of tables.
