Old videos ever going to be HD?

Way back when the Subscription service launched, they said in a few weeks they would start adding HD versions of older videos. That doesn't seem to have happened, unless HD just means less compressed videos. Just wondering if that is still planned, or if it already happened but without any real jump in quality beyond compression.

They said that all of the old videos were filmed in 720p so there shouldn't be a problem. I can't confirm if my "HD" videos are indeed in 720p, but I can confirm that they're definitely above the regular high quality.
