On the Playstation store........

I want to download the free game to my psp. but the playstation downloader says its not working is there anyone who has this problem and knows what to do?

1. Do you have your psp pugged in on USB mode?
2. Do you have the Playstation Store Download Manager app?
3. WHAT free game is this, exactly?

When you try to download the file, do you select the downloader as the program to open the file with? You don't save the file, you open it with the launcher.

Was the game Syphon Filter Combat Ops?

Does it give you a specific error? Can you tell us what it says?

it doesnt exactly say 

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program notify you if a solution is avaible

like i can install the downloader but when i try to run the game through it. it stops working and says the error above.

That's pretty weird. I've never had a problem with it, so I'm going to go with a generic response of "try emailing sony support". Lame, but it works.

Hopefully another user can help though.
