Premium Member? I hardly know 'er!

Took advantage of the subscription deal today, and I just want to say how proud I am to be a premium member of the site. I really think the staff of Giant Bomb are some of the very best at what they do, and I'm glad to be able to support them. I know, I know, apparently I'm glad to $30 support them, not $50 support them, but hey. I got a mortgage, you know?

I am really looking forward to accessing the content that I could only stare at wistfully before, starting with Metal Gear Scanlon. Then I'll start poking around at whatever deepweb giant bomb content Jeff has been posting his apocalyptic predictions in.

I figure with the sale going on there'd be more than a few other new subscribers and that we should have a place to say "Hey, I'm PAYING for this now!"

Unless there's already a thread like that and I couldn't find it in which case, you know, this will be shut down within a few minutes.

But even then I'll be PAYING to get my threads locked, instead of just getting them locked for free!

Welcome....that moment when you go back and realize just how much premium content you have to watch is insane! I'm still working my way through nearly a year later.

Hey! I just got my subscription too... along with finally deigning to make an account after lurking for around half a year. Hi, everybody! Now I can watch Metal Gear Scanlon and laugh all the way to the breadline with my premium podcasts.

I just subscribed too! Can't wait to take advantage of it by downloading the wrestling and F-1 podcasts.

anyone who just got premium should check out unprofessional fridays and mario party party. It's my favorite stuff on the site.

I love this site, been here for years, my life for the Bomb Gigantic, but I just don't watch enough videos here any more for a Premium account to be worthwhile for me. Hell, I post so little I sometimes wonder if I should even still have a regular-ass account.

I'll have to pick up a shirt or three, though.

I was a monthly premium member, just bumped it up to the yearly, and I was curious if you still get the T-shirt credit for the sale price. (If that was still even a thing at all?)

Yup, I started monthly for the first month the premium memberships started but after that I've been yearly and I never regret it, hell I even pay for my little brother's yearly membership to. Giant Bomb is my favorite place on the internet.

I got my subscription almost solely to watch Mario Party Party. So far it's paying dividends.
