It's set for a US release via digital download (PSN) next year [EDIT: by "next year", I mean 2010 ;-)], although it's out overseas including Europe right now. It's a tactical strategy RPG, I believe which includes "social link" like aspects. There is mating involved too to create a new generation of characters. Like mixing two personas in SMT, you breed to produce new player units. I think that's how it works at least. I'm sure someone will correct me if I am wrong.
As for the video, that's because us American's are sex fiends. Below if the European trailer for the same game (different title, but same game). It doesn't have any of the overt sexuality,

Yea, a 10GB download (seriously). But the vid that I posted is just like insane. I wonder what they thought when they did the video. Sure, it gets peoples attention quite well, so that means that mission accomplished.
Also, that evil villain looks like fucking Megatron in the new Transformers movies. Nothing else to be said about that video other than that it makes me want a BMX XXX 2.
