Sonic 2D FINALLY Coming! (not a gay rickroll)

Although a platform has not been confirmed, sonic is making a 2D HD jump!

Someone already posted up a story about this on the forums sometime last night.

Instinctively I now feel like I almost want to forgive Sega and welcome them back with open arms but a part of me still reminds me of the unforgettable atrocities that were released by them. However, Sega have shown that they know how to make a 2D Sonic game and I'm expecting something as good as some of the truly quality Sonic games with Project Needlemouse.

If this game has giant sprites I'll be very interested in playing it. I've never liked Sonic, but I loooove them sprites

it looks alright. i don't think there will be a lot of buying from this by the last sonic game that came out. idk why they made the game bad in 3D. the last sonic game that i bought was sonic battles 2 or something like that fro the gamecube. it wasn't all that great of a game.
