Trying to remember the name of a game

Hey everybody, I'm trying to remember the name of a game Brad played on video a long, long time ago. Things I remember about the game: there was a lot of red on the screen. It had a vaguely Russian aesthetic and (I think?) played on Cold War paranoia. Brad liked the music, so much so that he said he often put it in autoplay mode just so he could listen to the music in the background. Any help would be much appreciated!

@werupenstein: Hmm thanks, but that's not the one. The one I'm blanking on was older and I believe had a top-down view.

@werupenstein: Not this one either. Not sure whether this helps, but the game in question is too old to have been covered in a Quick Look. I believe he played it on an early Unprofessional Friday.

More remembrances: it was an old PC game and I'm pretty sure it had a one-word title.
