For me, my most likely lesson I learned was that I did not need to score kills or prove myself powerful to be useful to the team. Sometimes, I can just play a support role, and still help my team come out on top. The support role can involve the following:

1. Capturing and holding objectives in online multiplayer shooters.

2. Tanking or healing in RPGs and most MOBAs.

3. Expanding territory, gathering resources, and spending them on building and amassing armies in RTSs.

You can pay respect by pressing the X-button.

The greater the light within a person, the greater the darkness trying to bring it down. Also music instruments can change the course of time and weather if you know the right songs.

Furthermore, you can earn an opportunity of sex with anyone by simply exhausting all possible dialogue options beforehand.

The most important lesson video games have taught that applies to real life as well, "If you are encountering enemies, it means you are going down the right path."

Real inspirational up in here!

Tetris taught me out to fit shapes together in tight/neat packages, which helps me pack cars and bags on trips.

I think they've made me more aware of my surroundings, like oh that alley would be a great place for an ambush.

I guess certain games have also helped give me a lil bit more info on my moral outlook. With games involving decisions I usually go with my gut and choose the decisions I think I would personally make in my first playthrough, some of which I find kinda interesting.

That I play games mostly for escapism and the worse thing for escapism is playing with other people, especially strangers. Ew. So I'm a pretty unsociable gamer who avoids online gaming, though I do enjoy some local multiplayer with friends/family.

Oh and the best/quickest way to get into a relationship is to be involved in a major disaster-type scenario, just talk to them for a bit and booom. Also works for friendships.

Know your tools and keep an open mind. The box is already set within the game, don't make it smaller.

I've learned that failure is never the end-it is simply an experience to learn from. Also, if you bother someone enough with stupid questions you get to have sex.

Rational thought. Cause, man, my family does not have any of that. Yeah, alien-ghost-jesus-trolls are real. Also "Energy" can describe anything supernatural.

Sorry, I'm just angry right now. But I'll stick with my answer.

I was playing Modern Warfare on Veteran difficulty and kept dying in this one spot where I had to run across a fire-fight. After the 3rd or 4th straight death, I thought to myself "god, being in the army would suck".

I've come up with a new belief that when we die a light comes down on us followed by a shout that says "Game Over". Then a writing shows up that goes like "Continue? Yes/No". If you choose Yes you start all over with the mission "Swimmers Breach", but if choose No... well let's just say you really don't want to do that.
