WTF is nintendo store down?

so i started a free month trial for netflix streaming and i go to download the netflix channel and i get error code 204038 and it means something is wrong with the servers im guessing. i tried downloading a wiiware demo and same thing. i know it worked a day ago because i downloaded Mario RPG, and a link to the past. ids anyone having the same problem now?

They could be updating the store.

They are servers. Some times they go down. Calm down and check back later.
