That first video looks and sounds like he's surviving underground in a post apocalypse and we're eventually going to see his descent into madness.

The quality gets better as he goes along!

I kinda do, but it's not a competitive thing. I just like to get them because it makes sure I see all the content that I want to.

But yeah, there are still people who are insanely into achievements and will do anything for that full 1000.

While watching the first video -- I couldn't believe how much Jeff talked and kind of even had the mannerisms of Greg Kasavin. Even his facial expressions were kind of blank and downy like Greg's. I don't know. Maybe I am horribly wrong, but I couldn't stop thinking that this was actually Greg talking in a Jeff costume.

@FoliorumViridum: So how does Youtube work? You didn't have anything to do with creating these videos, you only downloaded them and re-uploaded them. Yet when I watch them, there are ads. Is this just something YouTube does for revenue, or are you getting a taste?

Wow awesome dude. I'm an old timer with a GameSpot account that goes back to 2002, so I remember ye old days fondly. I'll probably watch every single one of these. Thanks for the upload!

You know, there's a part of me that still REALLY wants to play all these old crappy games and get Achievements for them before Microsoft makes it impossible... maybe I'll use Jeff's list from these videos as a sort of "Master List" and chronicle my experience.... I see a new website feature for my site coming on!

wow i remember watching some of these videos,i'm glad i don't care for achievements anymore though,i would actually get upset and sick before when playing games just for the sake of getting points,there is a very dark side to achievements that needs to be acknowledged!

But i think that system has died down now,it use to be really cool and interesting when the 360 first came out and everyone was comparing each others gamerscore with each other,but as the years have gone on and people have 100,000's of points i think it's lost it's edge and just isn't as compelling or interesting as it first was,but i guess u can say that for alot of other stuff too.

Sorry to bump an old thread, but does anyone know if any of these videos ar archived anywhere? All of these seem to be gone off of youtube and I can only find two posted on Vimeo. Would be sad if these were lost.

The only appeal I see in these videos is recalling how stupidly obsessed people can be about achievement points, and I'm not sure how I feel about that.

I'm guessing the guy took them all down after he got banned or something. Damn, does anyone have these? There was one in particular that I was looking for a few months ago, but all of those videos got blown away in some long-ago GameSpot hard drive crash and no one I know has them.
