so i checked my balance from rewards today and i got 1530 points which is nice but im only expecting 510 checked my billing and saw this

Edit: added picture and yes i did buy Insanely twisted shadow planet with my ill gotten gains. Just got another 1000 points, don't know whats going on with this now but seems others are having similar things happen
Yup I am. I bought Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet and I got bummed I only had 1130 as a balance...then they added more...I'd like to save the rest for Toy Soldiers 2 (as from dust and fruit ninja are pointless to me) so hopefully they dont take these away.
Crap. I just signed on for xbox rewards. I hope I get some residue free microsoft banana bucks.

it started at christmas, it was a pretty big news story for a few days but if you missed that, you probably wouldnt have heard anyone mention it since its not usually very good, but this month i was expecting 510 for my yearly renewal and and some offers they did last month
I got 200 points 5 times. I never pay attention to the rewards program so I have no idea if this has happened before. I only notice when they send me email saying I've got something (like that unwanted Banshee code).
Man, for the first time I'm pissed that there's no such thing as a reward system for the German marketplace. :(
that sucks, i would assume that the Euro to dollar conversion is also pretty bad as well since thats the case in the UK, games and the service are more expensive and we get less but not as little as you guys.

It's a glitch through Microsoft according to an article on IGN. I wouldnt complain though it's free points lol I unfortunately wasnt able to get any points. Only a select few people were hit :(
yeh they are adding mexico to the rewards program and someone messed up i guess.
MS took all the extra points back from me. They did some weird notation to show it, but they didn't cheat me any. But they changed my statement so they still added 1000 points to me, but they took off 800 from the starting balance so that I end up with the right sum.
