Youtube is full of OP ED videos, you'll find something there.  It also depends on what is "good" in your opinion.

Satoshi Kon uses really good music by Susumu Hirasawa. My favorite is the music in Paranoia Agent, Millenium Actress, and Paprika.

full metal alchemist has some good ones.
