@mordeaniischaos: I knew you meant UK biscuits, I just wanted to get the biscuits vs cookies name debate going.

They aren't really the same thing, and one is the clearly superior thing, so there's no debate!

Cookies. Me and the wife whipped up a bunch of homemade buttercookies with milk chocolate chips today. Don't get me wrong, I love me some brownies - but they're just too damn hard to get right.

A great cookie beats any brownie I've ever had, but I find it's much harder to find a decent cookie than a decent brownie.

I agree, it's dumb to call cookies biscuits.

Giant Brownies. Your move, cookies.

Brownies are often infected with nuts.

Also sometimes you want a flavor other than chocolate. Cookies are superior.

Question: How does one post a gif? The only way to see this one is if you click it, but I know there is a way where you don't have to.

I say cookies. brownies require too much milk.

ARE YOU FUCKING HIGH?

Milk is why brownies are fan-fucking-tastic you monster!

Cookies aren't even that good. Biscuits are where it's freakin' at. But good brownies and a giant glass of cold, whole milk over any of that any day. Especially when they are made with the edge pan thingy that makes all brownies edge brownies.

Fuck brownies. The only reason milk is required for them is they're too sweat. Cookies at least gives a wider range in terms of possible tastes. Biscuits are better than both though.

Challenge accepted.

Now I'm hungry for both and everything is closed at this hour...

I would say brownies for the moment. This would probably change later.

@turambar: If your brownies are too sweet it's because you're getting the shitty betty crocker ones. Brownies have plenty of variety too.

@turambar: I think those are biscuits..

Nope! Biscuits aren't the same, and you can't eat for breakfast with coffee. Just doesn't work..

And, we get special brownies.. See!

@mordeaniischaos: I have never seen a non-sweet brownie.

I didn't say non-sweet just not overly sweet, where all of the "taste" is just sugar.

Well then put lemon chunks in your brownies, I bet that'd be good with proper brownies.
