I hate lies, but am also flawed and therefore sometimes commit them. I do, however, often tell the truth when a lie would clearly serve me better at least in the short term.

I lie. But I generally tend to feel awful guilty about it and if pressured will own up to it pretty much immediately soo... Yeah.

I lie constantly. I honestly can't help it, I end up lying about mundane things for no reason and important things to play to my advantage.  
 
I'm kinda surprised I didn't lie when replying to this topic. 

Everyone lies. It kinda part of humanity.

I almost never lie, only when being honest would hurt someones feelings. Lying is such an ugly thing to do. Also I'm terrible at telling lies, I just can't keep a straight face.

Rarely.  I'm around liars all day and it infuriates me. 
 
I tend to tell the truth even when I know it'll do nothing but cause problems. 

White lies don't exist. I still occasionally do it, though.

im sure all of us are product of a lie at some point in their heritage. humans lie.

Lies protect people...even yourself, a lie gives an easy escape out of many situations,

I walked into Gamestop the other day. I put GTA IV on the counter, the clerk asked if I'm seventeen. I say "no" and still walk out with my game.

I'm a compulsive liar. Am I lying or telling the truth?
