I like Mass Effect 3.

That doesn't mean I'm not leery about the future of BioWare games (and Mass Effect 3 DLC).

I really hope this doesn't happen. I'd like to hope BioWare retains some semblance of itself and doesn't get destroyed over time.

Doyce Testerman has a great article about ME3's ending, if anyone wants to know about that.

My problem is that it seems like the one thing that everybody didn't want to happen not only did happen, but it's been clear that it was going to for a while. Dragon Age 2, and to a lesser extent, Mass Effect 2 were good indicators of the direction that this partnership was taking Bioware. The proverbial "selling out." This is much more upsetting than the ending of one of their games or the DLC pimping.

Being bought by EA was the best thing that ever happened to Bioware.

I really don't get the hate on bioware to tell u the truth. Yeah they have gone more action packed but again like i stated they do listen to their fans n I think they could easily go back to their style or mix it up a bit. This kind of thing always happens when a franchise or company gets big they change it comes with the territory. I believe that bioware is to talented in thier respected job to not make great games no matter the situation they might miss sometimes but who dosent so let's not count them out

I guess I could whine a little bit about how I didn't like the ending or how them getting their multiplayer peanut butter mixed in with the single player annoys me. But then I just got done playing 1 hr of ME3 multiplayer. Which I've been playing almost every night for a week. So yeah.

They need to bring the Mako M35 back though. If nothing else it pushes the game away from a straight hallway shooter.
