Well... I lost Blue. Can has cookie?  (I did find it though. Also I more recently lost Sapphire. Haven't found that. I got my shiny Tentacruel off it though so that's all that matters.) "

I've accidentally thrown away a new game, twice, while it was still in the shopping bag/cardboard box it came home in. In the first instance I didn't realize I'd done it until I went looking for the game when I was ready to play it much later.  Goodbye, Beyond Good & Evil. In the second case, I tossed what I thought was an empty Amazon box into the dumpster and then immediately realized a game was still inside. A very nice person walking by saw me trying to get into the dumpster (I wasn't tall enough) and he climbed in and retrieved it for me. Pretty awesome.

I never lose anything because I always put things in the same place. Keys go  here, wallet there...and if I'm away and at a hotel or something I only use one table. 
 
However, I do lose my glasses, but that's only because I need my glasses to find my glasses, and I'll take my glasses off for something as simple as blowing my nose or if I'm doing something that requires me to hold it up to my face (as I'm nearsighted without glasses).

Sure I've lost a bunch of stuff. 
Heck even expensive stuff that were really useful so I just went out and purchased new stuff instead.  
 
Never really lost anything like a wallet or something similar to that.

I have lost several things permanently, and a metric ton of things temporarily.

My Arc the Lad collection is gone...

Always losing shit.  Remotes, joypads, watches, phones.  Then I have parties in the house and people ask me for a loan of a blu ray or two. I am so twisted drunk that I can't remember who I gave them to.  Thats losing shit, right?

My PSP when I was 15 first thing I bought with pay cheque from first summer job. Missing for a week under cushion on a  chair I rarely used. I cired.. anyways 2 weeks later it was stolen during my gym class. HIGHSCHOOL BLOWS

I've probably lost about four or five pairs of glasses in my lifetime (most of them when I was still pretty little). I also have a general tendency to misplace things, though I usually find them at some point later on. It doesn't help that my apartment is probably the messiest that you'd ever see.

I once left my ATM card inside the ATM. Ya know, after you take money out and grab your receipt and card, I just left card there. That was mighty dumb of me. Losing your wallet sucks; hope you find it dude.
