how do you imbed movie

sorry  if this is a dumb question

1. Copy the embed code from the site the video comes from
   
2. Click the HTML icon in the GB text editor (it's the third icon frm the right)
3. Paste the embed code into the box that appears
4. Click Done
5. Click Post Reply
