I live nearly 15 minutes drive from work and I only set my alarm 30 minutes before hand. Wake. Shower. Dress and I am off and always at work with 5-10 minutes to spare.
On a school day it takes me about, 5 minutes to get out of bed. 5 - 8 minutes to brush my teeth, put my clothes on etc. About 10 minutes to eat breakfast. An then I take a 10 - 15 minute nap before I go.
i put out my clothes before i goto bed.. i either have my hair buzzed or real short so shower never takes more then 10 minutes, usually 5-6 minutes.. lather up, rinse, wash hair, dry off BAM done.
im not the kind of person that takes 45 minute showers im in and out then i drink a few cups of coffee

Somehow it takes me an hour to get ready. 10 minutes to feel awake and get all my clothes ready, 20 min to shower, 15 to eat, and then I finish doing whatever is necessary.

No, just from work or stress or both. For a good month I'd wake up and immediately have to deal with stomach pains for most of my day, even after eating. Sometimes I get bruised up after transporting equipment at work. I do have a 3rd degree burn actually but its only on my finger. Aside from that sometimes I just can't get out of bed due to depression.
