This is somehow yet another reason why I'm not sure I'll ever join Facebook.

" @VelvetLore04:  It happens with some regularity still, but not as often as it used to.  I was in some of the same networks (back when Facebook was limited to schools), so there was some overlap with both name AND network.  At one point, I got a few of these a week.  I even got one from an executive at IBM, I think, with a business proposal.  I used to have a lot more fun with them, now I mostly ignore them or tell them they've got the wrong guy.
