If you get paid for doing nothing, you're spending time with your hobbies. There's no such thing as doing nothing, not until you're dead that is. In this case, I assume that you enjoy playing video games on your free time. If that's true, then playing video games is one of your hobbies, and thus you would get paid for playing video games. This is unless we're talking about some magical contract stating that you get paid for "doing nothing" as in sitting on a chair and staring at a wall, and any time you spend not staring at the wall would be unpaid.
