Lego Movie Trailer!

And here we are, with the next step in the inevitable cultural takeover by Lego! Not like I'm complaining, as this looks knee-slappingly (er) hilarious! Goddamn Liam Neeson's Good Cop/Bad Cop character, just... oh man. Oh man! And move over Zach Snyder, because this is as far as I'm concerned the one Superman/Batman movie I'm now the most interested in.

With all of the wacky animations and pop-culture characters, all draped in just the right amount of goofiness, and this definitely begins to evoke a very Robot Chicken sorta tone. But with Lego, which makes it even better!

If the studio didn't have the utmost confidence in this sure-to-be blockbuster animated comedy fun for the whole family they wouldn't have chosen to release it in the busiest movie month of the year, February, of course!!!

This will probably be the best movie to include WonderWoman and a Ninja Turtle.

I could see this movie being great. I could also see it being insufferable.

From, what I've seen of it, it looks really goofy and clever. It also has some really great talent behind it. I'm excited.

Lotta DC up in that. If only had Marvel and Star Wars and Lord of the Rings represented as well.

Buuuut it still looks like a good time.

edit: according to IMDB, Han Solo is in it. Great!

There will not be a single shot in this film that will not contain product placement.

Kind of blows my mind.

Also, the guys behind Clone High are doing this, and Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs, I bet a lot of the jokes will be super dumb but it'll have the right amount of personality to get away with it.

On the one hand, I feel like I laughed a surprising amount watching that trailer. On the other hand, it's 2:30 am.

Animation looks good regardless.
