My Playlist: Part Two & other thoughts... (Part One)

I've been at my workplace so much this last month, I almost lost track of time. Suddenly it's the 27th and my first actual day off work... and when I say day off I mean I only have to be there fron 6PM to midnight-ish. Really there's a lot of stuff going on in my life recently, some good and some not so good at all.

I work as a chef at a cafe/restaurant in Copenhagen. I'm classically trained in semi-fine french cuisine, and what I'm doing at this job is so far from what I invisioned when I started, and what I love about cooking. However a lot of new stuff is happening in the kitchen these days, a lot of changes going on, so I'm sticking around for now, hopefully it will get good soon. While I'm working in a kitchen with people who really should not be calling themselves chefs, I'm constaltly aiming for that one star, that will prove I'm more than a foot soldier.

Anyway, on to the playlist. The last month has been very chaotic for me, so there isn't a lot of different stuff on this time around. There is, however, some great ones.

Oh well, that's it for today. It's funny how life just wants to keep you down. Just got the call... my boss is quitting, so I'm off to work. Sometimes I just feel like somebodys dog.
