Persona or Deadly Premonition Music?

Because I'm weird I was looking up vegan cooking videos on youtube and found this one

the background music sounds really familiar and I'm thinking it's because I heard it a bunch from an endurance run. Anyone else recognize it?

I think that's some royalty free track that GB have used before streams start.

@jacoba: I'll eat my hat if that's a P4 track (although oddly, I do think it sounds like something Meguro would compose). I can't speak defnitively for DP, although I wouldn't be surprised if that game used royalty free music throughout.

Definitely not from either game. As @petiew said, it sounds familiar because of it being used before GB streams.
