@Paindamnation: Fair point. It was mostly about laziness and it being the first/most recent picture of me in my GB album, but I suppose I deserved that, haha. I just get icky feelings when guys obsess over girl users and gamers. I don't really understand it.

Really have never understood why people go nuts for girls on the Internet. You don't know them, so what's the difference between that and an attractive girl in real life that you know? It's also easier to, ya know, actually talk to a girl in real life and find out real quick if you're compatible with them or not.

@wmaustin55: You think most guys (guys who hang out on video gaming forums specifically) find it easier to talk to girls in real life? lol Sure it's the better way to form actual relationships, but most guys don't find it easy. I find that both forms of communication have merit.

Hmmm but I think someone should tell the guys that female gamers are rapidly increasing in numbers. Sure, in a lot of cases they play different genres than guys, but no one should be surprised anymore to encounter females in multiplayer games :)

Well, yeah, but a female in a predominantly male environment such as gaming forums or multiplayer FPS is like, as a wise man once told me, "throwing a blonde in a bikini into a boy's locker room."

lol! xD

Well, I also work in a predominantly male environment, so it's not a big deal for me. Sometimes I'm just a bit worried that the presence of a female might cause the guys to feel a bit uncomfortable, or at least strange, because I heard that guys tend to act different/ a little unnatural when women are around. Which I think is totally unnecessary because I don't mind when guys burp or something :D

I rather get to know people in a nonchalant way than in a politically correct way.

But, I guess that's just one of those guys/girls things... ^^

I was going to study in a school were there was a classroom for boys and one for girls, because they said boys get easily distracted with girls. Now i study in a school where i'm at the same class as my girlfriend, and yeah... She kinda distracts me. It's weird.

Well, now that you said that, i think it's kind of a dumb example. But i do think that boys get kinda weird when girls are around. Maybe it's because i'm a teenager.

Well, I appreciate that. Jiggle's a fine looking man. I like it more than the one I usually get, Harry Potter, (which I just think is lazy. a pasty dark haired kid with glasses? call him harry potter. how clever.) or that one time in high school biology class a cute girl said I looked like a, fuck what was it, a possum? Any chance she was flirting with me? I think not as I just googled pictures of possums and they don't look like something a cute girl would flirt with.

@Morrow: I can only do the left one, sadly. And it's not as intriguing when you see that face blocking the way as you try to exit the restroom asking in a low, gravelly voice "Did you just tinkle? Nice." Don't know why that never seems to work...

And also be careful now. I don't want or need to be freed from my cage of insecurity, as the world of hope and happiness outside it scares me immensely.

I kinda felt that way before I had my first girlfriend. I later found out that talking to a different gender is the easiest thing that exists.

Also that XBL message from that 12 year old wasn't a surprise, typical XBL.

I can also only do it with one eyebrow, and its also the left one xD

By the way, I can remember being 12, having a huge crush on Christian Slater (who was real big in the 90's), standing in front of the mirror and practicing the eyebrow raising because he always did it in his movies :D Slater, however, got it from Jack Nicholson... so I was probably just imitating Jack Nicholson xD

Oh, and don't worry, I know how much your own insecurity can be a safe harbor.
