Well I just got done watching the street fighter movie. You know the one with JCVD, (Jean Claud Vandam) in it. It was crappy, but I do like the end fight between Guile and Bison. It shows that even though somone could get electrocuted, they can come back with god like powers and whoop your ass. LOL!!!
I love that movie. All you need to do is think of it less as a serious adaptation of the Street Fighter games and more of a parody. If you do that then the Street Fighter movie will be awesome for you.
I absolutely loved that film... Guess that me being pretty young when it came out had something to do with it. The speed boat scene where Guile approached Bison's temple was just like an episode of Thunder Paradise with Hulk Hogan. I absolutely loved Hulk Hogan in that show... here again sure this is because i was pretty young when i watched that stuff.

Its a comedy okay. The poor production values, the actors they got to play the roles, (I'm looking at you Jean Claude Van Damme) its just awesome in a stupidly funny way. But no Street Fighter the movie should not win a award, because that would just ruin the magic that flim has.
Hope you're all ready for the Chun Li movie coming out later this year do you think that will be as bad or worse?
Maybe worse because they won't have Ryu or Ken, which are some of my favorite characters. and I think its also sopposed to be a more serious movie and not a comedy.

It has NO Jean Claude Van Damme! How can it ever hope to be better without him. I ask you just how is it gonna be better? Who is going to be doing the splits and punching dudes in the balls (like in the movie Bloodsport) at the same time? Who!
Raul Julia was awesome in that flick. I especially dug this exchange. Chun Li: My father saved his village at the cost of his own life. You had him shot as you ran away. A hero at a thousand paces! Bison: I'm sorry... I don't remember any of it. Chun LI: You don't remember? Bison: For you, the day Bison graced your village was the most important day of your life. But for me... it was Tuesday.
