The Haul: 7 - One Last Run

So I got some stuff.  Some games (some good, some great).  A peripheral.  And no time. Gears 2 is spectacular.  The whole Patton-esque segment after the prologue had me in awe.  Purchases will be on a much smaller scale for an indefinite time period after this.  My money will be going to Christmas gifts and the like.  A question for the ladies: how can a purse possibly cost so much?  I guess I blow tons of money on games, but it's hard to justify a purse purchase.  At least I can play my games... A purse just needs to hold stuff.  Oh well, I've never pretended to understand the opposite sex.  On to the games (I've gotta get this thing up before it hits midnight EST and they turn into pumpkins).

I could do without the original Jak, but Jak II and III are both amazing.

I don't get the purse thing either, spending so much money on just one when a way cheaper one would do just fine. Bah, wallets are better!

 I've been interested in trying out the Sly Cooper games someday. I'm curious to know how you have time to play all these games you buy each week or so, unless you're like me and have a whole bunch of games sitting on the shelf that you haven't played. :P

@TrueBlue: I try.  I also cry when I pay full price for a game.  Used gaming is the way to go.

@Albedos:  The original actually looks the most interesting to me, but I'm excited to play them all.  I'll let you know if I actually get into them.

@Brukaoru:  Yeah, to me a purse is a purse, but I guess that's why I'm not a purse connoisseur.  And to answer your question: I don't even come close to playing all of the games I buy.  I haven't even played the majority of my games once.  I guess that's what happens when you have hundreds of game and no free time.  It really is a terrible use of my money.  I should be saving for retirement or something.

@Brandy.  $6!  Sounds good to me.  You are my purse hero.  And despite never seeing your purse, I'm also going to compliment it: it's awesome.

Thanks for the link and all, but according to the description, that purse is for hobos.  Classy hobos. :P
